Lane is a Portland native who has joint Orthopedic + Fracture Specialists after completing her orthopedic and manual therapy mentorship in Bellingham, WA.
Prior to pursuing her path to becoming a physical therapist, Lane was a dancer with the Jefferson Dancers where she developed her love of movement. By her senior year of high school, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in movement studies and found PT. Lane attended Oregon State University, studying Kinesiology and working with student athletes at the Samaritan Athletic Medicine Center. After graduating, Lane went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Pacific University.
Lane has a particular interest in working with athletes, no matter the age or level. Her approach includes mobility work and strength training as well as manual techniques to meet each patient where they are. No matter the patient, her goal is the same – get them back to moving and whatever it is that makes them happy.
Outside the clinic, Lane may be found running the trails through Forest Park, skiing Mt. Hood or Baker or wrangling her two Chi-mixes, Dr. Bo Bailey and Anthony Edwards.
