Profile

Erica was born in Opelika, Alabama, however, found herself moving to several states when she was young while her dad served in the US Navy. She landed in Washington and completed her undergraduate at Washington State University where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. After graduation, she started her own business working as an Exercise Specialist. While working with a large population variation, she felt that she could benefit from further education to help aid in rehabilitation in recovery. Through her research, she stumbled upon Sports Medicine and shortly after applied for her Masters at the University of Idaho.

While studying to obtain her Master’s in Athletic Training at University of Idaho she worked in the collegiate, high school and clinical settings. Upon graduation she landed in the industrial setting as an Athletic Trainer where she spent 5 years of her career. She’s always found the clinical setting to be fulfilling and challenging and found her way to Orthopedic + Fracture Specialists.

Erica loves to be outdoors with her family and enjoys hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding and backpacking.
